Temperature and pressure are two parameters which are very important in engineering technology, especially in the environment of high temperature and high pressure, such as for safety production and other factors, it must be taken real-time monitoring for the temperature and pressure.Firstly, based on the theory of optical fiber grating the coupled-mode, this paper analyses the basic characteristics of the transmission of light in a fiber grating, andbased on this, establishing the temperature and stress strain sensor mechanism of fiber Bragg grating. Secondly, influence of the basal material parameters (e.g., elastic modulus, thermal expansion coefficient, poisson’s ratio and so on) on the sensor’s sensitivity and repeatability are analyzed. Then, from the Angle of basal material and adhesive used under special environment, the following several problems of fiber Bragg grating sensor:①a wide measuring range②photosensitization③temperature compensation④the cross sensitivity with temperature radiosensitizing⑤hysteresis were solved.Finally, a new type of packaging structure were designed and did some related experimental detection experiment, experiment results show that the performance and technical indexes can meet actual requirements.
