Along with the development of education industry and the needs of economicsociety as well as industry layout of Guiyang city, school-running mode and a variety ofprofessional course need the further requirements of managers in the colleges anduniversities. How to use information technology to achieve the daily management ofhigher vocational colleges in order to have teaching and management improved inhigher vocational colleges, and greatly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness ofcollege academic management, improve the quality of teaching, so that the process ofteaching and teaching success could be effectively controlled, this had gainedwidespread concern in college. The thesis was based on the development of GuiyangVocational and Technical College educational management, used object-orientedapproach to analysis design and implementation educational management system ofGuiyang Vocational and Technical College.Firstly, the thesis gave the research background and description of the problem ofacademic management system of Guiyang Vocational and Technical College, and gavethe significance of the system, then summarized the development status of educationalmanagement system at domestic and abroad. Then the system requirement analysis wasgiven in the thesis, and also gave system outline design, detailed design andImplementation. In the system requirements analysis phase, after the systemrequirements research, the thesis gave the system design goals, gave the systemfeasibility analysis from three aspects, technical feasibility, economic feasibility, systemapplication feasibility, and described the non-functional requirements and functionalrequirements of the system. In the system functional requirements analysis phase, the function of the system was divided into systems management, school management,teacher management, teaching project management, teaching operation management,test management, performance management, teaching quality evaluation, materialsmanagement, and used UML use case diagram and method to analyze functionalrequirements of the system, and gave the system performance requirements, systemreliability requirements and portability requirements. In the system design stage, gavethe architecture design, system architecture design and database design of GuiyangVocational and Technical College Academic Management System. The thesis describedthe system architecture and system functional structure diagram. In the system databasedesign part, through the E-R analysis, gave the system E-R diagram and table structureof database. In system detail design and implementation phases, gave the systemenvironment, design and implementation of functional modules. Part of the systemfeatures modular design gives the system nine major functional modules UML packagediagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and interface examples. Finally, the paperis a summary and outlook section gives a summary of thesis and shortcomings, gaveUML package diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and interface examples ofthe nine major functional modules of the system.Currently, the system is still in the data preparation and deploymentimplementation phase. In the system design and implementation process, I used themethod of software engineering to participate in the system development, thisconsolidated my theoretical knowledge, and enhanced my ability of communication andPractical ability.
