Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For International Exchange Department In Anshan Normal University

Management in Anshan Normal University varied, involving many areas. Themain part for International Exchange Department is to manage large volume ofinformation. As information is generated from different resource, it’s hard to manage.In this paper, we provide Information Management System for Anshan NormalUniversity International Exchange Department. Firstly management informationmanagement system analysis and research to gather is given, and advantages anddisadvantages are compared. Then according to the demands, specific techniques andmethods are introduced to achieve the management information system.Depending on the real situation, the demands of this information managementsystem is given, including the function demand, the performance demand, andsecurity aspects of the system’s demand. To have better understanding of system,together with UML modeling approach, system is divided into several parts accordingto functions.After the division of the system, design of the system in detail is given. The firstis the function design of the system, and each module is designed in detail withspecific features description. After functional design, design of the database is listedin the table. Then with detailed system design, and selected technologies techniques,the development of this information management system is shown, meanwhile givingthe snapshots of developed the system’s main functions in this article.Finally, after the system implementation, system is verified. Test section includesthe white box and black box testing, while we mainly use the black box testing here.By testing it is found that our system can meet the actual application requirements. Atlast, the conclusion of the system is given, pointing out some deficiencies andprosperous aspects.
