The Design And Practice Of The Students' Management Information System In School Of High Profession Technology Based On B/S

In the recent years, the scale of the enrollment for high education in China expanded year by year, at present, the management system for the students'information based on campus network is popularized in many universities, but for the higher professional schools, as the degree of the information system construction is comparatively lower, and the there are differences among the school-running models and management systems, students management information system isn't entirely suitable for the actual demand of the higher professional school, and there are also many differences and characters among the management processes and methods of the schools, so it can't be talked generalities. At present, our college has a specific information management system for students'teaching, but we haven't got a students'management information system specially designed for our college. As the increase of the students in our college, the difficult in students'management increases too. Therefore, it's desired to develop a specific students'work management system to liberate the staff of student work from the daily miscellaneous affairs. This paper is based on the actual demand of our college's students'management, and after a wide investigation, designs a students'management information system through feasibility analysis.In the system, UML was used to build system model and this system adopted B/S structure system and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 data base management system, used Dreamweaver MX 2004 as designing platform. It also adopted ASP Web data base technology, to develop the Web site, using the ADO technology to visit the data base directly connected by OLE DB makes the data-visiting process easier and the visiting efficiency higher, thus the whole information management system can run efficiently and steadily, it can also deal with the large access amount. First, the essay introduced the present situation and development tendency of the research in domestic information management system, and then started with the analysis of the demand for management information system, the system use UML to describe the functional structure and behavior characters of the system in analysis stage, explained every module's function, date base's design, and system's deployment, elaborated a scheme of analysis, which is based on the WEB structure and adopted ASP technology.This system can manage the students'information efficiently and normally, complete the whole management work in the student's management department. So it can release the burden from the student's management staff, enhance the working efficiency, and supply a powerful support for our college's informationize construction. It was proved by practice that this system's development has a certain value for the similar system's development and design.
