In the modern industrial production, temperature is very important in manyproductions. As the main parameters of the controlled object, it is usually difficult to getaccurate mathematical model, such as large-capacity boiler. The temperature which actsas controlled variable often exists structure of uncertainty, big relay and variablecoupling in the temperature control system. With the development of control theory andwireless communication technology, people have put forward more requirements on thecontroller such as adaptability, intelligence and network management. This thesiscombines intelligent controller which is based on arithmetic of GA-Smith with wirelesscommunication technique of Zigbee. Finally, it has realized the wireless operations ofthe Auto-tuning controller. The main contents read as follows:Firstly, because of nonlinear, big relay and the uncertain parameter of the PIDcontroller of the problems, this thesis combines Smith compensator with GeneticAlgorithm, setting PID parameters and controlling temperature, to solve the problems.This thesis succesfully establishes the mathematical model of the object through theMATLAB software. The simulation result shows that both the control precision andcontrol effect of the controller have achieved satisfactory result. And then the algorithm,as the core, is used on the Auto-tuning temperature controller.Secondly, compared with traditional cable transmission such as485and232, thethesis’s core is the Zigbee wireless communication technology. Using TI companyZ-stack protocol stack, this thesis uses the CC2530as the core control chip. Based onthis method, the controller completes the remote data wireless communication throughupper machine and lower machine.At last, combining the temperature Auto-tuning controller with the Zigbee wirelesscommunication technology, this thesis designes a Auto-tuning temperature controllerwhich can be operated wirelessly and be applied to the control of the oven temperaturein the laboratory. The result shows that, the controller can not only realize Auto-tuningPID parameters, but also can be operated wirelessly.
