Time varying Dead Time is a common phenomenon in many industrial process, Adoptting the control method of normal regulations was hard to acquired a satisfaction performance of static and dynamic. Time varying Dead Time object performances was improved has practical significance.On the base of Time-domain theoretical analysis, The Two-order Plus Dead-time Model of dish tube was given from Step Response.Various conventional Algorithm of Time varying Dead Time was analyzed, Advanced control algorithms are implemented. Improved Smith Algorithm was chosened to compensate delays, It was applicable to the industrial object of the model not accurate. Parameter Self-tuning PID Controller was designed based on Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller (CMAC) neural networks to compensate time varying. Filter Coefficients of Improved Smith Predictor influence of the system stability and error was studied. The controller composite structure was given, Mapping Algorithm and Learning Algorithm and Output Algorithm of CMAC networks was analyzed, Gradient Descend method and Least Mean Square method was used in Learning Algorithm, Quantum Factor and General Coefficient and Learning Speed and Inertial Parameter of CMAC networks was discussed, The parameters of controller the whole method for settling was put forward. The intelligent controller has the feature of parameters tuning in brief and self-adaptability and anti-interference and little output error and shorten overshoot and strong stability. The validity of this algorithm was verified by simulation results.The Parameter Self-tuning PID Controller is designed based on Single-Chip computer; The hardware and software of the dish tube's temperature control system are researched. Automatic monitoring system was introduced based on Industrial PC and Configuration Software (MCGS) so as to control and manage, The better control effect is obtained and the control capability is clearly improved, The possibility of the intelligent controller system was verified.
