In recent years, various problems of food safety have happened frequently, food safety events have damaged people’s health and caused great economic loss to society. Agriculture is pillar industry in China. The quality and safety of agricultural products is an important problem to solve. For long-term orderly development of agricultural and sideline products industry, the agricultural products traceability management is an essential measure to solve the current food safety issues.In this thesis, we demand for agricultural products traceability. We use RFID technology and EPC network architecture to research the construction of traceability system of agricultural products, we have developed agricultural products traceability platform. The main completed work is as follows:1. On the basis of studying and analyzing agriculture products traceability platform, this thesis describes the present research situation at home and abroad of products tracking in detail. We analyze the domestic platform lacks a standardized interface, information is not unity, lack of supervision.2. This thesis analyzes circulating model, combines EPC coding standards, designs agriculture product coding standards. This thesis combines RFID technology, EPC network system standard and WebService technology, we design agriculture products traceability platform based on EPC standard;3. This thesis design basic management function of agriculture products traceability platform, ONS service, DS finding service, information service. This thesis completes detailed DB design and WebService interface design. Finally, we use VS tool to develop and IIS to release tracking platform in lab;4. This thesis shows based management and traceability display function of traceability platform, while the key modules of the platform are tested and verified, including functional testing, load platform interface testing and Web compatibility testing.This thesis has completed the development of traceability platform which is based on EPC standers. The platform can show all the information of agriculture products and compatible all enterprises commodity data. This platform can satisfy the consumer rights that consumers can query agriculture products information. This platform also can help company and government to trace the agricultural product quality. The most important is that this platform has provided a new channel to solve food safety problem.
