Water supply pipeline leak detection is one of the important problems to be solved inthe field of city water supply, it has attracted wide attention from all sectors of society. Dueto natural corrosion, pipeline aging, natural disasters and man-made damage and otherreasons, often water pipeline leakage accident, this will not only cause a lot of waste ofresources, but also may cause great loss of property. Thus, researching mechanism ofleakage signal in water supply pipeline and the detection method of leakage weak signal,timely finding and determining the leak location has important theoretical significance andpractical value to ensure the safe operation ofthe network and effectively avoid the waste ofwater resources.Study on detection and processing method of this thesis comes from the NationalNatural Science Fund Project "water supply pipeline leak signal and weak signalmechanism". In this paper, the water supply pipeline as the research object, analyzes themechanism, frequency characteristics, propagation characteristics andnoise characteristics ofacoustic signals of pipeline leakage, on the basis of this, from the perspective of practicalapplication, in the design of low noise, low cost and low power consumption, the balance ofcost and function, design water supply pipeline leak weak signal acquisition system. Themain work of this paper includes the following aspects: firstly, it introduces the researchstatus and development trend of signal detection method and the domestic and foreign watersupply pipeline leak, and built a water supply pipeline leak detection experiment system;then, analysis of the water supply pipeline leakage mechanism, combined with modern dataacquisition and signal processing technology, through the experimental test and a largenumber of analysis, study on variation of leakage signal energy and frequency with the pipepressure, leakage rate, transmission distance and pipe type;then, we determine the leakage ofweak signal acquisition system overall scheme of water supply pipeline based onSTM32F103, designs the software and hardware system, and debug the system; finally, itcompleted weak signalacquisition and storageexperiment ofwater supplypipeline leakage.This paper is based on water supply pipeline leak signal mechanism and weak signaldetection theory, combined with the noise characteristics of the water supply pipeline leaksignal, it designs the water supply pipeline leak weak signal acquisition system, and analyzed the test in the laboratory. Experimental results show that the system realizes the acquisitionand storage functions of water supply pipeline leak signal, and can satisfy the requirementsof stability, reliability, low noise and low power consumption technology, the system isexpected to reach the goal and lays the foundation for the determination of leakage status ofwater supply pipeline and leakage condition. |
