The boiler is an important source of heat and power in the industrial productionand life,a boiler in power station needs high requirements of the stability and safety tooperate as a result of the long-time operation under the high temperature andpressure.So it is essential to design a boiler combustion control system of safety andreliability.Therefore,under the background of the boiler combustion control system in apower plant of the Sinopec company,according to the principle of reliability andfeasibility,the design of the control scheme of boiler combustion system has beenfinished after analyzing the process characteristics of boilers in detail and making surethe requirements of the boiler combustion control system in this paper.In the first place,based on the analysis of dynamic characteristic in the boilercombustion system, the author has made in-depth study of the connection among eachparameter in the boiler combustion system and simplified the boiler combustioncontrol system into three relatively independent systems that is the fuel controlsystem, the air supply control subsystem and control subsystem of air guide.At the same time, In the hardware and software platform based on PCS7,Introduces the overall network architecture, boiler control system hardwareconfiguration and I/O configuration,According to the SAMA design of combustioncontrol system of boiler second chapter, Based on the CFC and modular programmingcombining, the boiler combustion control system configuration, and in theimplementation of the scene Finally, the application of the model free adaptive control has been discussed inthe boiler control combustion and proved the convergence and boundedness under theuniversal model without model adaptive control law and designed a MFAC+PIDcontroller that gives the step of model free adaptive controller in order to apply theMFAC+PID controller into the engineering practice in next step.
