To meet the requirement of customers and power supply demand, power supplyenterprises are facing to the pressure by safe operation of power grid enterprises Technologymethods, especially information technology in currently mature application. That is the wayto improve work efficiency and realize modernized management.It’s also the direction of theworldwide national power enterprises.As for10kV and above high-voltage customers (60to70percent of the population byelectricity accounts for social consumption), which includes uneven geographical distributionof electricity capacity, valuable and doable in remote information collecting and throttlingback consumption at times of peak demand. It follows in this thesis, presenting the designand realization of high voltage customers data collection and monitoring system. The systemis based on the scale of the existing high-voltage customers and on site condition to integrateof wireless communications technology, computer technology and network technology. Torealize real-time information collection, monitoring, penetrating into senior businessdevelopment and multi-platform compatible with the practical information collection andmonitoring system.The thesis is from three parties of business, system architecture and integrationframework, considering on the economical efficiency and reliability transmission.The articleis proposed to select the design and applications on collection communication and monitoringmechanisms through measurement principles, communication and database analysis viatechnology comparison. That is way to reach data acquisition and control systems setting for. In a word, design and operation system is basis on data signal long-distance transmission, andestablishment of data centers to enable information two-way communication, data storage anddeepen applications and remote meter reading, negative control, loss line analysis,Power-theft, data sharing etc applications and realize information digitization.Finally, after the system put into operation, achieving more than30,000high-voltagecustomers remote collection and monitoring. Details as followings:(1) Replacing on-sitemeter reading with remote meter reading.(2) Comparing by line loss via system data, findingout3cases of high-voltage power-theft and12case metering open-phase.(3) During thesummer and winter peak, It is playing a real-time monitoring of all high-voltage customers,meanwhile carrying out remote power restriction command of more than1,200customerstemporary, the remote terminal is executing correctly.
