China is a populous country, have a lot of pressure in the supply of agriculturalproducts. Because of our large population, China’s per capita water and land resources arefew, China must vigorously develop modern agricultural based on facilities agriculture.With the rapid rise of facilities agricultural technology, greenhouse industry expands, asgreenhouse is an important part of facilities agricultural, research on greenhouse climatecontrol technology has unusual significance. Traditional greenhouse climate controlalgorithm take control performance to the frist place, excessively emphasis on the controlaccuracy and effectiveness, which will lead to cost and waste of resources, past studyindicates that high control accuracy and effectiveness is not necessary in greenhousesystem. The article focus on control performance and cost of control to design agreenhouse environment control algorithm implemented on ZigBee gateway.According to previous research on greenhouse system, based on the principle ofconservation of mass and energy and combining the actual situation of the greenhouse, thepaper establishes an appropriate greenhouse model. Subject to greenhouse environmentcontrol in the control performance and cost of control index, the paper proposesgreenhouse environment multi-objective optimization control algorithm, mainly usingimproved NSGA-II algorithm to integrate PID control parameters. By comparing the inputand output signals of the control algorithm for each parameter, simulation of controlalgorithms indicates that the proposed algorithm can control greenhouse environmenteffectively with smallest cost. ZigBee wireless sensor network is deployed in thegreenhouse to collect the greenhouse temperature and humidity data. According to theproject needs to carry various functional modules (including ZigBee communicationmodule, LCD, keyboard, etc.) to build S3C6410-based ZigBee gateway controller. For theconvenience of the gateway late upgrades and maintenance, the gateway load Linuxsystem. The paper describes in detail Bootloader and file system’s cutting, production andtransplant. At the gateway, based on Qt C++to achieve and complete the gatewaymonitoring system through interactive interface.Finally, the paper summarizes the work done in this article, describes thecharacteristics and value of the paper. Also, it points out the lack of the paper design, andthe corresponding improved method, subject to further research foundation.
