This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is application in anti-stealthobjective with passive millimeter wave seekers on harmonic analysis. In the secondpart, we studied the boundedness of singular integral operators on beurling algebrasover local fields. In application, the first, we introduced the technology of millimeter wave passivedetection. And then, a new technology which is not only suitable for passivemillimeter wave radiometer, but also suitable for other detectors was put forward. Wetook the alternating current radiometer of8mm wave band as example. To improvethe accuracy of calibration, a new technology of the linear regression calibration ofthe millimeter-wave radiometer was given. And the calibration equation by likelihoodfunction, the formulas were presented to calculate the radiative coefficient and thereflective coefficient of the millimeter-wave absorbers. Errors in radiative coefficientwere analyzed with the method of increment function. In the last, we conformed thevalidity of the model based on the measured data. Then we studied on the image denoising of the passive millimeter-wave detection.Being on the problem of the loss of image details, a new method of removing imagenoise with composite filter was put forward. This method could made the noises thatcontained in image eliminated very well and the retention of image details was alsocomparatively well. Thus, the ability of millimeter wave passive detection wasimproved and it was also helpful to the ability of target recognition. The second part is the study of singular integral operators. We established the newsmoothness condition on kernel of the principal-value singular integral operators and obtained the four results of the boundedness of these singular integral operators onbeurling algebras over local fields.
