With the development oftheir industrial and economic development of Heilongjiang province, The HumanResources and Social Security Department of Heilongjiang Province, had made a greatprogress in the construction of information systems. Now the scope of the insurancebusiness of The Human Resources and Social Security Department of HeilongjiangProvince of the social has been raised from the traditional "the Five " pension expandedto landless peasants, the rural pension, pension and health care, subsidies for individualinsurance and elderly residents and urban residents includes land acquisition traditionalpension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insuranceand maternity insurance etc.All social insurance, enterprises, service workers from thearecovered, besides the city’s municipal county the level of urban and rural residents;Therefore, The Human Resources and Social Security Department of HeilongjiangProvince have to improve its administrative to satidfy real requirements. Informationsystems rely on more powerful devices performance enhancing staff efficiency, alongwith the informationization unceasingly thorough, the total accumulation of socialinsurance data is also rapid growth. Social insurance data is one of the human resourcesand Social Security Department of Heilongjiang Province, the most important data, itssafety is directly related with the fundamental interests of the people, carry out thesocial stability and harmony and social insurance business. Therefore, in order toguarantee the data security, the social security data to establish a reliable data protectionscheme has been imminent.Based on a comprehensive analysis of system requirements and possibilities oftechnology assessment, I decided to use C/S system for the development of the system.The system is written using the java language, also using the Hadoop framework andswt/JFace shell, in particular, the need for social security verification and managementsystem,with the introduction of the SQL parser, the administrator can control the useof users, also simplify the further development costs. The development work of theoverall system is established in Ubuntu Linux and Eclipse development environment,the local server to take Jetty, a database is realized by the system itself.The main contents of this paper consists of three subsystems: a cluster storagesystem; administrators’ manage systems, customer service systems. Clustered storagesystem is divided into two modules Namenode and Datanode, and on the basis of thisa high availability configuration is configured to fit the work, it can provide highavailability and a high-speed persistent data storage and has a function to prevent a single point of failure; administrator’s managing systems, can run on one’s own PC sothat the administrator can configure, monitor and manage the status of the cluster,operate the cluster data and manage the social security status of the user. Customerservice system is cloud storage system and user existing docking system can provideauthentication and social security data for social security administrator user read andwrite functions.Through the study of this subject, the demand of the social security managementsystem has been satisfied by the cloud storage systems. Currently, the system hascompleted functional testing and performance testing, and the company-level testing, inline with expected demand. System has been put into production. |
