Research And Application Of The Industrial Chain Of Inter-enterprise Collaborative Design And Information Platform

Due to adapting to the fury competition after entering WTO, automobile and motorcycle industry in China are demanded advancing ability of design and manufacturing products that having independent property right. The big industry can't bear the heavy burden of design, so there have a demand that industries would devise products synchronization and cooperatively. In the process of design, the predominant enterprises are with responsibility for researching core technology, while the assistant enterprises are dealing with the designing of parts and components. So, the project group could work cooperatively for products developing.The research oriented the design of automobile and motorcycle. It analyzes the mode of interconnection between enterprises and flow of products development, and points out the limitation among collaborative design, then put forward the requirements in the process. Considering the theory of projects management, construct a mode of interconnection on ASP design plat, based on the requirements. The research show the functional and architecture design of ASP collaborative platform.Lastly, as validation for the research, show the instances of ChongQing Jianshe motorcycle and who use MIT collaborative design platform for products development. And lay out the process of product design which using collaborative to deal with project management and technique communication.
