With the growing competition in the advertising business of the TV, radio andinternet media in recent years, the TV as a major form of media should takeimmediate actions to survive the fierce competition. On the premise of maintainingthe existing amount of TV advertisement resources, great efforts should be made tobetter utilize the resource of advertising time and enhance the value of resourceutilization. In order to ensure that the client can find the best time for advertisingcampaign rapidly and also respond to the requirement of the client, further measuresshould be taken to reflect the operation condition of the operating department, hencemaking it an important topic to work out the development plan and enlarge theinfluence of TV brand based on the operation data.However, for many TV media at the present stage, to handle the business orderand make the advertisement plan in a man-made manner still occupies a largeproportion. This traditional mode has the disadvantage of the low efficiency,delayed payment for the advertising client as well as the inability of themanagement to obtain the statistical data in a timely and accurate manner. In theface of various problems in the advertising operation facing the TV media, thispaper has launched an investigation and also developed an automatic making andbroadcasting system for the advertising operation of TV media, whose main contentwill be presented as follows.Firstly, based on the existing problems of advertising operation in the TVmedia, this paper has proposed an automatic making and broadcasting system forthe advertising operation of TV media.Secondly, this paper will also elaborate on each functional modules of thesystem, including the key technologies, so as to complete the function designaccordingly. The function modules of the system have included the maintenance ofthe basic data, the management of interval resource, the management of clientinformation, the management of advertising material, the management ofadvertising contract as well as the management of automatic making andbroadcasting.Thirdly, on the basis of completing the business requirement and overall design, this paper has chosen power Builder11.5as the development platform, PowerDesigner11as the tool for model building as well as SQL Server2005for datastorage and management in order to develop the automatic making and broadcastingsystem for the advertising operation of TV media.To conclude, by simulating the real scene in the system, to complete thebusiness circulation and test function module.
