Research On The Mode Of Situational Information Service In University Library

In the Internet era,library services are becoming more and more intelligent and diversified.In the traditional library,all services are resource-centered,but this kind of service can not meet the needs of library users at present.Because it is extremely difficult for people to get the required information quickly and accurately in a large amount of information content,today's library service must be gradually changed to user-centered.The library should be able to accurately identify each user's identity,major,grade,browsing record,location and other situational information from the moment the user steps into the library door,and actively provide accurate services for the user based on the user's situation.Instead of the traditional library,all the services are provided for users by manual means.In order to improve the efficiency of library service and the quality of services in library at present stage service,for users to build intelligent library services,namely context-aware technology into the library,such as RFID,i Beacon technology,sensor technology,etc.,using these technologies to collect user information,such as resource situation,analyze the user behavior characteristics,to provide users with more accurate information services,the scene perception technology in improving the efficiency of library service at the same time improve the user's satisfaction,is of great significance for the development of the library.This paper mainly uses literature research method,network survey method,comparative research method,email verification method and other research methods to write.Firstly,the literature of situational information service at home and abroad is sorted out to explore the development status of situational information service.Then,taking 40 domestic university libraries as the main research objects,this paper conducts a network survey on the information services provided by them and draws out the situational information services,and summarizes the main existing situational information service modes of university libraries.In order to make a comparison and reference,this paper selected 11 foreign university libraries and 6domestic public libraries based on the network survey and literature survey to investigate the current situation of situational information services provided by them.The situational information service of domestic university libraries is compared with foreign university libraries and domestic public libraries,and the gap between domestic university libraries and the two is analyzed.Scenario based on the survey of existing library information service mode is extracted,and based on the situation of information acquisition,processing layer,application layer is proposed library information service optimization of the overall framework of contextualized,then this article puts forward three kinds of new type of contextualized library information service mode,namely "scan code book" service,contextualized information recommendation service based on user emotions,contextualized information recommendation service based on location.Finally,some suggestions for implementation are put forward.
