Research On Internal Control From Perspective Of Enterprise Culture In Dongbei Network Station

DongBei Network is an important platform about culture publicity in Heilongjiang province. It is meaningful significance that DongBei Network Station shall win the success in development and enterprises goal improved the construction and execution of internal control. However, the enterprises developing, it need an effective measure to solve that the system of internal control depends supervision from manager and audit, more and more unadopting in construction. Enterprise culture will gradually become an new strategic method in system construction according experience from domestic and international.The article conclude the present, the problem and the reason of deeply levels about DongBei Network Station, expounding the important influence of construction of enterprise culture, putting forward the critical measure, which accomplish the system construction and execution of interval cultural.Research method, used different method to solve specific research objective, including normative research, literature research, case study, using to combine needs and design to analyze in more research style.The innovation of this paper lies in permeability and stability on system construction of internal control, compatibility and flexibility on organization and design of internal control, self-evaluation and participatory from employee, different from tradition opinion "rule of man", which open a new road for DongBei Network Station with dynamic and culture perspective.
