Research On The Public Resource Trading Platform

With rapidly developing of the internet and economic globalization,Electronics and Information Technology is walking into various aspects of sociallife, and make working and lifestyle changing, meanwhile, it gives the traditionalgovernment management model a revolution. Traditional public resourcetransaction is live trading, which does not meet the requirement now, so theelectronic trading platform becomes an important developing direction of publicresources transactions, which is efficient, fast and convenient. This paper tookpublic resources transaction of a certain city as the developing background, toexplore the entire process of the design and implementation of the publicresources transactions system.Firstly, deeply analyzing the background of developing public resourcestransaction system, and exploring its shortcoming, such as flexibility,expansibility and so on, this paper used the component-based softwaredeveloping technology, which reduces the developing cycles and the cost,improves the software reuse rate. UML are used to describe component modeland established component library to uniformly manage the components, finally,middleware was used to coordinate the relationship between the components.Secondly, according the actual situation and the new demand, this paperused B/S structure, explored and designed the public resources transactionsystem, finished the internal functional structure and main functional classes ofmain functional module, such as land tender, construction center, governmentprocurement, expert database and so on, and analysis requirements of its security,reliability an so on. At last, the main interface of each module is designed.Finally, it used popular system development platform ECLIPSE, Web serverTomcat5.5and cross-platform developing language JAVA, Java developing kitjdk1.5.0₀7, took the ORACLE10g as the system database, made good use ofJ2EE integrating Struts and Hibernate to implement public resources transactionsystem. This system meets existing functional requirement, had better scalability and stability, low system complexity and high safety and operatingefficiency.
