The Design And Application Of IC Card System In Colleges

Campus Smart Card System is an important part of building digital campus,which performs many functions such as consumer, identification, informationresource sharing, financial services and so on. The whole system needs to docking upthe financial system and existing digital information management system in school,and can expand space to develop. Through it, staff and students can easily study, work,and life with one card. The realization of digital campus is to establish the “One cardfor-all-use”.According to the characteristics of campus, user information of smartcard should be the base of other application system. For docked with otherapplication system and ensure safe of data of smart card, this article offersthe detailed design of system s network structure and Security Policy.Based the need of smart card system, this paper has explained the demand forthis subsystem and overall design, and introduced the basic principle of system andits function modules, such as system’s registry, user management platform,rightsmanagement module,changing card module, inquiry function and so on. The systeminterface offers web service, XML standard interface and DLL, and supportC/C++, JAVA development environment, and compatible with special smart cardhardware system of a third party.The article also cited the successful case docking with third-party applicationfunctionality, and show the application of whole system, achieve the sharing ofinformation resources. After the completion of it, one-card for all-use system incampus can really achieve, and bring convenience to teachers and students work,study, research and life.
