On the basis of security in system and expansibility of subsequenceexploitation, used multiple technologies to combination the characteristic of differentmodule. The data collection subsystem with user used Sybase PowerBuilder todeveloped the system, the database used SQL Anywhere which was inner set, thereport module based on cell groupware; the generic subsystem of tax authority andinformation exchange subsystem based on J2EE framework and the presentation layused with MVC model, the background of system based on Struts+Spring+Hibernateframework. The system also used EJB and XML to realize correlative functions, thedatabase used Oracle, and use BEA Web logic to design the middleware.In development and realization process, the system has solved the key issues asflows:1、Realized the dynamic setting of tax returns report. According to the characterof personal tax information collects, the tax returns were continuous change. In orderto independent the operation logic from the client-side subsystem, reduced the degreeof coupling, realized maintenance and update the system individually, the systemdesigned and developed the engine of report. Not only decreased the workload ofmaintain system, but also reduce the difficult of the taxpayer and the tax staff to use.2、Implement the dynamic setting and export of data exchange. When theplatform of tax data collect has exchange the data with other integrated service system,the standard of information was varied and frequent changed. If the system needmodify for the codes, not only made the workload heavy but also raised the risks, tosolved these problem we designed and implement a system which has the dynamicsetting data exchange function, made the information conversion of parameterconfiguration, realized read the configuration with dynamic and then exported it.
