In response to the national energy-conservation and consumption-reducing policyrequirements, the main research objectives of the topic are promoting the energyconservation and consumption reduction for power group company, improving theonline energy consumption monitoring ability of power plant unit, exploring andestablishing a set of advanced, online, real-time unit energy-saving control system.Through the real-time and historical data collection and analysis of production andmanagement from power plants and other power generation system, and usingholographic diagnosis technology as the core technology, and with special diagnos-tic software as the tool, we built state space model based on thermal system and make thorough analysis, provide service of real-time diagnosis technology for the user, to find out the dominant factors that reduce the economic performance of unit operation which include"unit coal consumption,if it is the lowest, what reason,how to do" and a series of energy saving and related data and suggestions, in order toimprove the management and operational efficiency of two layer five level system of company of group of electric power, power plant, generator etc.The software built a system based on real-time data,real-time monitoring and energy-conservation of subordinate units. It makes real-time data unified acquisition,unified storage and unified service,according to the standard coding standards, and it stored concentrate real-time data from power plant to the data center synchronously, and integrated with manage data in a high degree. It formed enterprise-level data plan, built a reasonable calculation models and algorithms, made scientific comparison, statistics and analysis to achieve centra-lized storage, management, utilization, real-time,report automation, data norma-lization, and analytical intelligence.By using real-time operation data as the basis, using power network as abridge, the thermal experiment as the foundation, by means of mathematical model, the unit of equipment diagnosis for innovation, energy saving as the ultimate goal we use information technology to monitor unit operation conditions and enhance the level of unit operation to achieve the purpose that the Power Generation Group can carry on the scientific management of power plant, improve the economic operation level to save energy and reduce con-sumption in accordance with the "four unity"(unified leadership, unified planning, unified standards, unified organization).
