As the mobile operation market competition grew up and the continuousexpansion of the users, operator regards as a key construction of network breadth anddepth of coverage. Currently, downtown area, villages, the roads around the villagesand scenic spots, these places have been realized seamless coverage basically, but inwaters off the costa, fishery and route area coverage is still inadequate. With thedevelopment of marine economy and the development of resource, more and morecoastal industrial and business-development put forward more requirements for thesea area coverage. Increasing sea area coverage has a great economy and socialbenefit, moreover it is important for mobile operators build their reputation.This article combines CDMA system sea waters covering knowledge and TianjinCDMA sea waters covering design and optimization work experience, carries out thestudy of each scene segmentation and demand for communications networks ofCDMA sea water covering system, proposes solutions and summary for differentscenario network covering, focuses on the study of carrying out the existing networkoptimization under the premise of not increasing the construction, and carries out therelated testing based on the network adjustment and parameter adjustment program.According to the related information summarizing and equipment on-site testing,this article proposes the communication network design plan which combinessub-scenario optimization, hardware adjustment and parameter optimization. Theinnovation point of the article is based on the various means collaborativeoptimization of the existing network environment, which means to carry out theparameter optimization based on the traditional network distribution and improvenetwork metrics and user experience.
