Research And Implementation Of Smart TV Automatic Test Based On Amlogic7366M6Development Platform

Television is mainly composed of panel, signal processing board, powerboard, and other external devices. Whose core component is the signalprocessing board, which include CPU, input and output port, power supplymodule and so on. How to quickly test the key module and the input andoutput port in the process of production, shorten the production cycleis discussed.This paper proposes a set of Smart TV automatic test solution, thatbased on Amlogic7366M6development platform. Which uses RS232communication protocol to control TV behavior, designs the serial portautomatic test program based on android JNI, detects the conditions ofsignal input and output port, WIFI, Bluetooth modules by the returnedparameters. We prove that the automatic test is more efficient than thetraditional test, find the solution that how to speed up the automatictest. So as to improve the productivity, shorten the development andproduction cycles, reduce labor costs and increase profits.
