Of the three traditional media, TV with its unique advantages with the mostaudience. TV news program as the main form of the program in front of the TVviewers from the moment of birth. The TV news program has become the main channel for people to obtaininformation from the outside world, TV announcer naturally became the focus ofpeople. TV announcers as television appearance, as the mouthpiece of the party andgovernment, shouldering the mission of information transmission. TV news programsin all program style, the strong political color, which is involved in theconstruction of social spiritual civilization. It undertakes the task, to convey theparty’s voice and the voice of the people, because of this, the news from the produceto the development has attracted the audience’s attention, often referred to as the mainprogram.However, with the development of media technology and the Internet, some newmedia have appeared, such as network, mobile TV, mobile phone, increases the scopefor people to choose the information, has a strong impact on the television industry.The audience at the same time information equally, the same news audience morewilling to choose the media presentation to obtain perfect information. The fifth part is theconclusion part, on the basis of broadcast creation law, concludes the aesthetic rulesfor news broadcasting development.
