Currently, the main use of conveyor transport troops manual registrationinformation management and computer registration combining. This managementapproach is not only complicated process, prone to error and requires a lot ofmanpower and resources, and low efficiency of information collection, archive andmore inconvenient query statistics. With the increase in added equipment on thetransport aircraft, flying missions increase, the traditional semi-manual managementmethods can not meet the needs of the troops. Ground command center real-timeinformation you want to know the way the aircraft is limited, the current main use ofmilitary radio communications and secondary radar measured. The acquisitionmethod has its own limitations, restrictions and affected mainly by distance andenvironmental factors. To solve this problem, this paper presents the research anddesign of transport Management System based on BeiDou.This system based on B/S mode, we use MyEclipse as the front developmentplatform, using the MVC development model, use Mysql database as the backgrounddatabase, ultimately oriented transport management systems based on BeiDou. Paperswill divide software system into two parts, transport information management andmonitoring command. Information management section finished adding,modify andquery capabilities of equipment, personnel and maintenance information. The mainpart of the research is the use of monitoring command Beidou satellite positioningwith its unique two-way digital packet communication capabilities, how to monitorthe transport and communication problems, and then complete the monitoring,navigation, dangerous zone alarms, short message communication and otherfunctions.BeiDou II has officially provide navigation, positioning, timing and shortmessage communication service in the Asia-Pacific region.Whose positioningaccuracy, timing accuracy and passive mode GPS features to enable them to be ableto form an effective replacement, the end of the relevant areas of critical infrastructure undue reliance on GPS status, breaking the blockade of foreigntechnology and related monopolies.
