Abuse in today's world non-renewable energy has caused the deterioration of the global environment,as a new energy has been recognized by the world of nuclear power,nuclear power now,has been the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of our country currently used is a nuclear power,according to 13 th Five Year Plan,by 2020 will become the world's second.According to the trend of the development of nuclear power.Nuclear industry,environmental protection,health systems,customs supervision will need a lot of radiation monitoring instrument.However,the use of environmental radiation monitoring instrument in our country at present mainly relies on import.Therefore,to realize localization of the environmental radiation monitoring,has very important significance.Papers on the analysis of the development of nuclear radiation monitoring at home and abroad on the basis of the present situation and development trend,based on the current domestic nuclear radiation monitoring equipment can be used in the modern communications technology is limited,based on our country has reached the world leading position in the field of wireless communications,Therefore put forward Design and implementation of environmental radiation monitor based on 4G and beidou satellite communication technology solutions.The device towards intelligence,integration,high performance,low power consumption,small volume,light weight in the direction of development,thus better able to meet in the wild field monitoring actual requirements.In this paper,based on ARM Cortex-M3 kernel architecture,STM32 as micro controller,using the sensitive detector,the fusion of beidou satellite navigation system,4G mobile communication system,OLED display technology.Wireless data transmission,data storage,human-computer interaction,power management,and other functions.Through the hardware debugging and software worked out after the completion of the software and hardware joint debugging,to ensure that the test functions meet the design requirements.
