Design And Realization Of Intelligent Integrate Control System For Theme Hotel

With the progress of science and technology and the development of hotelindustry, hotel management and service realized the intellectualized gradually. Thee-hotels make related subsystems and equipment within the hotel to be managed andcontrolled unify and convenient by using the advanced embedded, mobile internet,cabling and other technical means. As an emerging new form of hotel development,theme hotels are designed to provide more novel and unique experience for customers.Adopting intelligent technology in the theme hotel can simplify the customercheck-in process and improve the hotel security, energy saving and convenience at thesame time, the use of technology can provide customized services for differentcustomers to make the hotel’s service more humanized.In this paper, we designed a fully functional theme hotel intelligent controlsystem for the specific requirements of the theme hotel intellectualization. The systemincludes hotel management server, self-check-in system, room controller, roomcontrolled device modules and APP. The main contents of this paper include thefollowing aspects:(1) With S5PV210Cortex A8processor as the core room controller, designedand implemented a system, which can intelligent control the electricity, light, music,air conditioning, television, curtains and others in the room. The modules wereconnected by CAN bus; in addition to independent control, they can also becontrolled through combination according to different scenarios to achieve situationcontrol.(2) Have designed an APP to interact with the room control system, users cancontrol all controlled equipment in the room by it. We connected the users’ mobileterminals with the corresponding room controller by reasonable identification designto realize the multi-terminal control operations while avoiding the room to becontrolled illegal.(3) Designed and implemented self-service check-free manual registrationsystem. The hotels equipped with self-issuing machines, customers can book a roomonline and check in and get a room card with the self-service check-in system in the hotel. The system not only optimized occupancy processes, but also protectingcustomers’ privacy, and reduce the cost of hotel at the same time.(4) Designed subsystem of light control to match the theme of each room in thetheme hotel. We used a variety of different lighting dimming and control technologyfor different lighting systems to achieve the different lighting control mode. Thebackground music playing system can update music through the network andcustomers can choose content of interest. The player support remote control, and cancontrol atmosphere lights to make linkage of lights and music. Intelligent remotecontrol system can be realized for any remote control device, users can customize theremote control functions on the APP to make room control more convenient.The intelligent control system for theme hotel designed in this paper has beentested in “finding love theme hotel” in Beijing for actual environment test, the testresults show that the design procedures of the system were scientific and reasonable.Compared with the existing intelligent control system for hotel on the market, thissystem is more stable in performance; more perfect in function, more convenient inoperation, and fit the specific requirements of the theme hotel more. In addition, thesystem also makes up for the loopholes in hotel management to protect the interestsof hotel owners and manage hotel more secure, and saved the cost for the hotel from acertain extent.
