Ammonium chloride has been widely used as a kind of important chemical materials.Its production process determines the quality whether can meet the practical requirements,There are many influence factors in the process of producing ammonium chloride. How tomake use of computer simulation technology to optimize and improve the productionprocess and reduce production cost attract the attention of the scholars from different areasDue to the crystallization process of ammonium chloride production is the process of flowguided by Fluid dynamics, it has become an important research direction to simulate thefluid flow of crystallization mixing process by combining the fluid dynamics and computer.This article focuses on the method of using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tosolve the problem in order to find the best combination of various parameters of the actualproduction process by simulation calculation. The main content completed is divided intothe following parts:1. Computational fluid dynamics discrete the control equations which are difficult tosolve in the theory of fluid dynamics to get the approximate solution. These controlequations are the basis of the simulation calculation. In this paper, the knowledge of thecontrol equation and the mesh generation in the process of the discrete are analyzed and thegeneral method and steps to solve the problem of crystallization by using computationalfluid dynamics in the process of the simulation calculation are also expounded.2. According to the steps of the simulation calculation problem and we need tocombine theoretical knowledge with commercial software. In the process of pretreatmentthe mixing model of crystallizer is established according to the given size, the grid isdivided and boundary conditions are set. The problems of rotation of regional fluid and theselection of turbulence model are solved according to the specific condition of mixingprocess of crystallization. At the same time to set initialization parameters and to calculate.The data of visualization in the cloud images and vector images are analyzed and theexperimental conclusion are given in the process of post-processing.3. The secondary development is achieved and the functions of the nodes of the meshgeneration are clicked on directly to get the coordinates and rotate the three-dimensionalgrid freely in the case of visualization are completed on the basis of the middle documents exported in the phase of meshing by using commercial software. The data provided byintermediate files are reorganized to realize the function to find the node composition ofgrid unit and the information of node involved in grid cell. The data obtained arereconstructed and the corresponding file of mesh generation is exported.
