Photovoltaic power station is one of the most important application forms of solarenergy. Traditional photovoltaic power station used to adopt fixed photovoltaic devices,but its efficiency is low. In recent years, in order to improve the efficiency of thephotovoltaic power station, the application of solar tracking devices is cutting astriking figure.In the construction and operation management of photovoltaic power station usingtracking devices, in order to save land and improve efficiency to a great extent. Thispaper analyzes the structural feature and operation mechanism of tracking photovoltaicdevices, and designs the methods of array configuration and running time scheme.Studies involving:(1)The main influence factor had to consider is shadows shade between adjacentphotovoltaic devices during array configuration of photovoltaic devices. Owing to thesolar tracking characteristics, the shadows of photovoltaic panel change complicatedly,it is hard to identify the array spacing between devices. The paper propose a model tocalculate the shadows of the solar tracking devices basing on the related principle ofcomputer graphics, and analyze changing rules of the different kinds of single axissolar tracking devices, and then carry out method of array spacing design.(2)In order to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power station viamaximizing the use of radiation of sun in the operation management, the paperanalyzes influence factors of running time of photovoltaic devices, and carries out themethod of configuration. On the basis of running time configuration, this paper alsoanalyzes the relationship between areas of photovoltaic device covered and theradiation photovoltaic device received, and makes a optimization selection for the reference time of array spacing.
