With the development of civil awareness to environment protection and theimprovement of the legal system, people pay more and more attention to theenvironment-friendly products and material recycling. On the basis of that, we can achievethe purpose of renewable resources and value added material and saving cost. Effectivemanagement of reverse logistics can not only optimize the ecological environment but alsorealize the sustainable development. Meanwhile, it can also help our enterprises reduce theircosts and improve their service. In recent years, with the development of the economics scaleand enterprises’ service ability, people focus more attention on the reverse logisticsmanagement. The logistics management information system can strengthen enterprises’management capacity, reduce logistics costs and improve service. It plays an important roleto the whole logistics and supply chain system.When one enterprise wants to put the reverse logistics management information systemin to practice, they must consider their belonged industry and present information systemcondition, so it is difficult for the present commercial software to meet the enterprise’ssoftware requirement about reverse logistic. Combining with the existing management information system platform to develop reverse logistics management information systemaccording to enterprises’ actual needs is an important way.This paper chooses reverse logistics management information system of electronicassembly enterprise in export processing zone to be the object of study. According to itsexisting information technology and enterprise’s actual demand, it tries to find a suitablesolution for reverse logistics management. Firstly, it adopts lean thinking and value screamanalysis to explore the problems in the reverse logistics information system. Throughfishbone diagram and analytical hierarchy process analysis, it teases out and calculates theproblems. Furthermore, it proposes the solution of the reverse logistics managementinformation management. Secondly, it analyses the enterprises’ requirement of reverselogistics information management. On the basis of present management informationtechnology platform and business process type of reverse logistics management, the reverselogistics management information system is divided into finished, raw material and wastescrap management subsystem and completes its abstract design. Finally, it completes thereverse logistics management information system’s detail design and puts it into practice bydata modeling, interface design, function module design and data integration design, realizeand implement of reverse logistics management information system.After the reverse logistics management information system is put into practice, thereverse logistics business and process flow become more reasonable. At the same time, theoperation efficiency and turnaround time improve a lot. The effective implementation ofreverse logistics management information system is helpful to improve enterprise reverselogistics management and save cost. It also provides a reference for the enterprises’ otherinformation system implementation.
