Based on the visualizing research theories and approaches, thissubject studied and designed for a new personal online identitymanagement system. The research objective is digital service exploration of helping onlineusers with multiple identities to better manage their online identity datathrough in-depth context and user behaviour and value research.Meanwhile, this subject is a concrete practice of visualizing researchwhich discussed how to apply visual thinking, research and presentation ondifferent design stages in a specific project context. The main challenge of this project is collecting, understanding andanalysing the abstract online identity management experience of users, managing the complexity and generating resolution strategies throughvisualizing research approaches. The design process contained four mainstages of discover, define, develop and deliver which is based on the"Double Diamond" design model from the British Design Council. During the process, plentiful innovative redesign of the research and designmethods, the promotion of co-design user research approach and theiterative prototypes design and test together provided powerful support forthe scientificity and rationality of the design result. The final research and design result is an integrated identitymanagement service system. Use STAGE application as the main useroperation touchpoint, this service solve daily problems, meet user needsand help build long-term steady identity ecosystems from various identitymanagement aspects. Meanwhile, this research made a deep reflection andsummary of detailed application areas, approaches and values ofvisualizing research as important theoretical basis for the future research.
