Employee benefits are an important part of human resource management. Well employeebenefits can improve production efficiency, enterprise competitiveness while increasingemployee job satisfaction, sense of belonging. Its cost in the whole salary system is growingfaster in modern enterprises. Its function has gradually expanded to attract, retain andmotivate employees. And it plays an important role as other parts in human resourcemanagement. As time passed, the traditional welfare system is unable to meet staff needs. Inthe principle of humane management, to provide a variety of benefits package in employeebenefits budget, flexible benefits which fully reflects the new welfare system can solve thisproblem. In the process of implementation of flexible benefits, due to the complexity of itsmanagement processes, the cost is higher than traditional welfare system. Many enterpriseshave not used it yet. Flexible benefits outsourcing provides a new way to solve the problem.This paper describes Guanaitong, a flexible benefits outsourcing platform, selects EsteeLauder free goods project as case study, provides us the implementation details of enterprisebenefits software project. First, the project needs analysis to understand the functionalrequirements and non-functional requirements of the project. Then I designed the use case forthis project by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and made requirements more clearly.After system design goals, network architecture and software architecture were determined, Idesigned the processes, classes and subsystems for the system. I analyzed some complexprocesses of this system by process design; this made the software easier to be realized. I gotthe objects and database structures of this system by class design. Then, by showing thestructure of the code structure, combined with the system design process to understand thesoftware implementation. Finally, by showing the running interface of this software, we learntmore about the process of this project.After the software launched, I found the system shortage immediately through systemperformance, and optimized the technology architecture to ensure the system working. Finally, this paper proof the effect and significance of the software through user’s feedbacks andsystem running statistics, and provides a success story for the development of flexible benefitsproject in the future.Finally, this paper illustrates the importance of Internet and information technology inflexible benefits development, tells the important social significance of developing flexiblebenefits. I hope to attract more attention to this field, to make flexible benefits as a bridge andlink with employers, employees and society, lead the society more harmonious.
