This paper mainly introduced the design and implementation of the TaxExecution Monitor System based on the data analysis and mining technology. Withnearly10years of accumulation of data, the tax industry has formed a large numberof rich, comprehensive, across-whole-country business data. Design anddevelopment of the Tax Execution Monitor System, was to take advantage of theserich tax data, using data analysis and mining technology, to regulate the taxexecution process, automated inspection, find and correct the law enforcementissues, ultimately prevent position crime.This paper used the data warehouse technology, OLAP technology, BItechnology, from the data extraction and integration, to build a data warehouse,on-line analytical processing (OLAP) analysis and presentation, established acomplete DW/BI system. Through a series of design and development of the TaxExecution Monitor System, and through the automatic assessment and establishsuspects library, it set up a supervision mechanism in the tax system in the wholecountry, and it played a proper role for the country’s tax construction.This paper lists some examples in detail, expounded the whole analysis andcreation process. However, in the process of building the DW/BI system, there arestill many problems need to be solved, so this paper tried to apply data miningtechnology. The system requirements for the accuracy of the data analysis is veryhigh, to reach more than90%. But because of data acquisition from the third partysystems, these systems’ business logic and database design and other details areunclear, especially they are still in the annual maintenance. All of these causeinaccurate data analysis and inspection happens frequently. Therefore this papertries to use classification algorithm of decision tree algorithm, using the rule of thedata itself analysis access paths, with the method of iteration step by step improvethe analysis accuracy, and finally monitor the influence of the third party systembusiness changes to this system. In addition, this paper also use frequent pattern andassociation analysis, to analyze the internal links between the various data, to design and develop suspects information database, to find and track hidden in dutycrime, deter criminals, and thus achieve the goal of prevention of duty crime.
