Design And Implementation Of Management Information System For Tianjin University International Exchange

As with the development of the OA systems, more and more money and humanresource haven been put into the construction of Information Systems in colleges andcompanies. Nowadays, the industry of OA has developed very well, enjoying a highposition in the daily office work in colleges.In this paper, the system based on maverick framework is developed throughsystem analysis, system design and implementation stages. The system provides thefollowing functions: the update of information of students, to add and queryapplication forms for the undergraduates and the graduates,to expert the informationinto WORD/EXCEL. System administrators could maintain the system, keep theinformation of students and set the privileges of uses. Students could download theapplication form from the system and upload the form after filling in it. Teacherscould conclude the statistics from different forms which are uploaded by students andrelease exchange information.The system was based in the BS framework and designed with maverickframework, and expands the use of MVC design pattern, the system was divided intoview layer, the control layer, the model layer and the database persistence layer.System development framework is Maverick. The database persistent layer wasdesigned and achieved with iBATIS framework.In this paper, the system has the following characteristics: functions perfect, safeuser privileges, and improving the question maintainability, usability, practicality,stability, security.
