The management information system of medical equipment at present bythe hospital according to its own characteristics andrequirements of the designand development, software development platform, the use of the database, theoperating system are not the same, the software compatibility difference. Inview of the present situation and the information of medical equipmentmanagement in our hospital medical equipment management informationsystem requirements, design a simple,practical. Hospital information system inTianjin People’s Hospital and Neusoft Corp I work developed in our hospital,medical equipment management information system as an important part ofhospital information system, I have the honor to participate in the entireprocess of the Neusoft Corp on the system’s design and implementation.The design of the system with the hospital information system server andcomputer existing in our hospital as a hardware device, including treasurymanagement, payment function,depreciation/check/monthly/change, basicdata, card management/integrated query such as the six major functionalmodules, different users enter the system to realize the management functionand the analysis of different query functionthe. In this paper, each module ofthe information managementsystem of medical equipment are analyzed, andaiming at the specific characteristics of each module, the specificdevelopmentscheme design system from the procedure function modulereuseangle.This paper describes in detail the importance of hospitalequipmentdepreciation and basic concepts, systematic analysis of the advantages anddisadvantages of the traditional method of depreciation, according to the actualsituation of our hospital and in different areas the need of the managementpractice,innovation type proposed equipment accelerated depreciationmethod,and applied to the system, in order to scientificcomputing depreciation expense,strengthen economic management, realize the sustainable development ofhospital.Through the debugging of the system, and proved that the system designedcan meet the demand function. The basic completion of the whole processmanagement of medical equipment, specification of daily work processes,reduce workintensity, improve work efficiency, and can provide thedecision-making basis for leadership. That construction of the system in fullcompliance with the requirements of information constructionin our hospital.
