| The development of civilization and progress of society, economy and rising living standards, will inevitably lead to human medical rehabilitation for special attention, to repair bone damage are increasingly high requirements, manufacturing artificial bone is a key step in bone repairing process,3D reconstruction of skull defect by tissue of the human body the reverse engineering the principle and method of modeling, and the biological manufacturing by using bionic, the cranial prosthesis rapid prototyping manufacturing technology has been greatly improved in the shape precision and size accuracy, reduce the complications, improve the alignment. Therefore, the use of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology has a practical value and significance of the making of cranial prosthesis.This paper aims to explore the use of the level set method and fast prototype technology was used for repairing skull skull defect prosthesis. The CT data of patients with skull defect based on the realization method, combined with the patient brain information for image segmentation application level using the Matlab software, obtained the original contour complete skull, reduction of the information part of skull defect, using a small plane characteristics of Mimics software to complete the three-dimensional reconstruction of skull restoration model, and the model in STL format output, rapid prototyping of skull defect prosthesis final application of3D printer custom manufacturing. The results show, the repair of skull defect prosthesis is very suitable for skull defect parts, repair of skull defect prosthesis using level set method and fast prototype technology have good individual adaptation. The results are obtained, the level set method and fast prototype technology of precision manufacturing of skull defect prosthesis is feasible, provide preoperative planning, intra-operative harm reduction is of great significance to the skull defect repair operation. |
