As for telecom operators, marketing channel system not only possesses functionsof market, sale, service, information collection and so on, but also acts as an importantbridge between operators and end clients. Efficient marketing-channel system is asignificant assurance for telecom operators to obtain differentiated competitiveadvantages. The company that could control high-quality channel will occupy thecompetitive superiority and win the market. In Handan Mobile Company, Marketing is achannel management department which can conduct business communication and clientanalysis between operators and distributors. At present, owing to the improvement ofbusiness volume and market share, Marketing has been faced with several problems, forexample, excessive visits in evaluation form report, fundamental system management,channel information management, etc. In order to solve above problems to win themarket, Mobile Company has to promote overall level of channel operation and exploithigh-end channel management system urgently. Thereby, Mobile Company will perfectservice quality of the company and be more competitive in the world market.This paper analyzes some problems existing in social channel management and theoperation of channel management system in Handan. Besides, the paper also putsforward the overall solutions to optimize the structure, improve the management andsupport the system. The paper also establishes the whole module system of the mobilechannel management system and the solution programme of the city-country-districtdata module business process. Then, the author makes a comparison among JSP, ASP,PHP, etc. and analyzes their own superiorities and shortages and designs a framestructure based on JSP technology; Third, the author constructs function modulecooperating with linkage table, linkage mechanism and normalized data constructor;Forth, the author adopts Java and Oracle10g to establish system and B/S architectureintegrating Struts+Spring+Hibernate to achieve valid connectivity among the clientlayer, business logic layer and data persistence layer; Besides, the author adopts C/Sarchitecture, through analyzing the system architecture of Android platform and takingEclipse as exploiting environment, to design Android phone software to client which isfriendly on interface and easy to operate; Finally, in the stage of database realization, the author analyzes operation principle of Oracle database and proposes the databaseoptimization strategies from the aspects of memory, I/O, index, SQL statements and soon, all these provide a stable support for system on-line operation.The operation of channel information management system, on the one hand,alleviates workers’ burden and makes company’s business governed together. It alsoenhances the business-interflows among branch companies and helps channelinformation to be more reliable, more efficient and more analytical. On the other hand,the operation of channel information management system provides a powerful andnecessary data-support for managers to make scientific decisions about evaluationcontents, business development tasks and main supervision direction.The system has been operated on trial in Handan Mobile Company. So far, it runsstably, works effectively, and responses well. The research results have practicalpopularize value.
