Abstract:Tobacco is the most important raw materials of cigarette production, so its quality directly affects the quality of the products. It needs appropriate environmental temperature and humidity for tobacco reserve and natural mellowing to ensure the quality. However, there are many deficiencies of tobacco storage management in many cigarette enterprises of our country. For example, some outdated environment monitoring method of tobacco warehouse were still be used. How to real-time and effectively monitor tobacco warehouse environment becomes an important research subject.In this paper, wireless sensor network is introduced into environmental monitoring of tobacco library. Wireless sensor network has many characteristics include self-organization, easy deployment, strong real-time etc. It can be used to monitor tobacco storage environment including temperature and humidity in a real-time, exact and dynamic wav.Firstly, the technology and applications of wireless sensor network are studied. Based on analysis the requirements and problems of tobacco warehouse, the detail analysis of wireless sensor network monitoring control system are completed for tobacco warehouse, and the system’s topology structure is designed. Secondly, the hardware and software design of the sensor node and sink node are achieved. Finally, the main functions of control center are introduced. The key technologies of wireless sensor network including Zigbee technology, routing algorithm, data fusion algorithm and time synchronization technology are studied deeply. Combining with the actual application, these key technologies are analyzed and designed.The proposed System is beneficial to improve the informatization of tobacco warehouse management, and improve the accuracy and real-time of warehouse monitoring. The cost is saved and the work efficiency is raised.
