Now, the way people communicate diversification, most communication through the Internet, telephone, mobile phone, which also determines the people leave a message in the network in the form of more and more popular. With the rapid development of message and message types increase, system study existing message distribution is not enough, not deep enough, still can’t satisfy the demands of people. Therefore, become to study and design the message distribution system is particularly important. This paper uses P2P technology and multicast technology, using P2P peer characteristics, design of the system network architecture and system architecture, in the demand analysis foundation, to the message distribution system has been designed and implemented, not only the design of function module of the system module structure and system, also the center processing program, the client program and plug-in the client program is designed and implemented. Finally, the system was tested, the test results show that the. The system can even achieve a message distribution function, and its good performance.Based on the P2P technology speeds up the message distributing and sharing ability has been improved. This paper relates to network architecture with good scalability, and because the equivalence of P2P, can accelerate the service efficiency of the server to the client, the client can act as a server role, so with the increase of the number of users, service efficiency will accelerate. This program and client program can achieve a good message distribution function by processing center, the system also designed a plug-in function, make full use of the broadband, to speed up the system’s service efficiency.
