Study On The Application Of ERP System In Huaneng Shandong Yunhe Power Plant

In recent years, with the rapid development of IT technology and the Internet,informatization tide is surging up, becoming an indispensable means to improve thecore competitiveness of enterprise. The electric power industry is the most importantbasis of the national economic and the social development. With the development ofthe power system change, the power industry, especially the power generationenterprises, face more and more intense competition. Therefore, new means ofmanagement, and reduction of cost by improving the management are needed toenhance the competitiveness of enterprises. ERP (Enterprise resource planning) is anew management mode in supply chain management as the core idea, whichcombines information technology and advanced management ideas. It can helpenterprises improve the management level. The implementation of ERP now is thetrend for the power generation enterprises to stand in the world market.This thesis firstly analyzes the basic concepts and development trend of ERP,reviews the ERP application in the electric power industry, and studies the ERPimplement background in Yunhe power plant. The study shows that it is necessary andvariable to take out ERP in Yunhe power plant. Then the present situation, thebusiness need, and the practical problems of Yunhe power plant are analyzed, basedon which the module application framework of the ERP system is set up. Eachmodule of the system, including production management module, equipmentmanagement module, material management module and financial managementmodule, is detailed studied. Finally, according to the ERP implement strategy and themanagement character of electric power enterprises, the united implement scheme isadopted to development the ERP system. The intent of this thesis is to offer areference for the informatization innovation in the power generation enterprises, byanalyzing the detailed application examples.
