This article mainly studied and developed the application program of Human Resources module operation in ERP system for Shandong Electronic Power Corporation (SEPCO). And it sorted out, analyzed in detail, designed and collocated with the application program. According to the business scope and universe demands, it analyzed the development mode of the existing software. Based on this point, it ascertained the appropriate development mode for the project, studied and designed the development platform for SEPCO, which broke through the key technologies.It settled the logical relations of each operation during the project implementation in priority, and further simplified the operation of software application, which enhanced the implementation effectiveness. The business scope includes organization management, human resources management, vacation management, salary calculation function and self-service, training management, performance management and recruitment management, which related to the following 3 business structure systems and 7 business management areas. The 3 business structure systems are organization structure system, position and post system (PSFT called it as'Post, Position'system), salary system respectively. The 7 business management areas are organization management area, human resources management area (including the employee and manager self-service management based on the standard functions of PSFT), salary management area, vocation management area, training executive management area, performance management area, and recruitment management area respectively.On account of the technical difficulties, such as the important matters of data collection during implementation, the black box testing before online, business scene test, integration test, the-end-user training preparation before online, etc. it tested and demonstrated repeatedly. A complete set of ERP system was developed, with reference to the typical design principles of setting up human resources management module in the National Power Grid SG186 project. It improved the human resources management, salary calculation, vocation management, organization management, performance management, recruitment management and training executive management systems for SEPCO, and it built the standard human resources management platform for SEPCO.Through developing and testing ERP system for SEPCO, this article thoroughly summarized the technical advantages and shortcomings during the development and implementation of the software. It further improved each function of the software, preliminarily set up the ERP system structure inosculating the applicability for Electric industry, reliability, economy, expansibility and advancement as a whole, which provided a good academic and technical platform for the integration implement in the future.
