The Application Of The Anti Fraud System For Automobile Insurance

Insurance fraud is a common problem for development of insurance in the world. In the automobile insurance, the insurance fraud is most hazardous.σσWith the rapid development of China’s economy, the insurance industry in China has risen dramatically. Compared with developed countries, however, it is still in the developing stage. Insurance fraud that often occurs in the western insurance also occurs frequently in our country in recent years,even with a growing trend. Insurance fraud has become the cancer of the insurance industry in our country. For all kinds of insurance fraud, insurance company staff find it difficult to identify them relying on experience. As a survey discovered, with internal data for an insurance company, insurance company staff is not able to distinguish the cunning insurance frausters’ intention. The insurance industry is in an urgent need for new techniques and new anti-cheating methods.This thesis precisely embarks on the actual demand, combined with the actual situation of the current domestic insurance companies. This thesis is designed to analyze the anti fraud system scheme of an auto insurance industry using data mining technology. The system is combined with the actual situation of insurance companies. At first, it pretreats business data of all the insurance companies, and saves the processed data into the database of anti fraud system center for car insurance. Then, This thesis is designated to develop the system model of anti fraud system for the car insurance, mainly including three models:the repeated insurance query model,the mining model of law for the insurance fraud and insurance fraud identification model. Next, it excavates the automobile insurance fraud through the Apriori algorithm in data mining technology, and analyzes the mining result. Finally it realizes the anti fraud system for automobile insurance.According to the results of trial operation, the system has achieved satisfatory effect, thus to reduce fraud cases occured in large extent, effectively improving the competitiveness of insurance enterprises.
