Abstract:With the development of modern industry, massive and complex system play an increasingly important role in the development of human society. Control performance assessment and monitoring become major methods to improve the stabilization of industrial production and economic benefits. Aimed at solving the defects of controller performance assessment methods, this paper proposes a controller parameters dynamic adjustment system based on performance assessment. Combined controller performance assessment with parameters dynamic adjustment, the system can solve the problems in time-variant object model efficiently.Firstly, the defects of controller performance assessment methods are analyzed, a controller parameters dynamic adjustment system based on performance assessment is studied. Starting from the solution to these defects, an overall structure of controller parameters dynamic adjusting system based on performance assessment is designed with the advantage of current controller performance assessment.Then, on the basis of the study above, the system is applied to a PID controller. PID controller parameters dynamic adjustment structure based on performance assessment is built. The system performance is assessed constantly by acquiring the system controller parameters and input-output data. Based on the result of performance assessment, controller parameters are directly adjusted, or indirectly adjusted after identifying system closed loop impulse response matrix. Based on the system status information, the system is assessed and the parameters are adjusted cyclically, so that the PID controller parameters are adjusted dynamically. Simulation results show that the proposed system can solve the problems in time-variant object model efficiently.Finally, a fuzzy PID controller dynamic adjustment system based on performance assessment is proposed. The performance assessment method based on T-S fuzzy modeling is analyzed and a self-adjusting fuzzy PID controller according to controller parameters dynamic adjusting idea is designed based on performance assessment. On the basis of system status information, the system is evaluated and the prameters are adjusted cyclically. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method presented by this paper.
