With the rapid development of wireless communication and network, a large number of wireless communications services and applications spring up, the demand for spectrum resources constantly increases, the phenomenon of spectrum resources scarcity is more and more obvious. Largely, the wireless communication system is conditioned by wireless channel. As a poor channel, the wireless is different from the wired by factors as stronger randomness and complex path between transmitters and receivers. For the wide use of computer, recently, studies on wireless communication system are mostly in simulation module. Based on this, the paper measured the influence factors on wireless channel by setting inside wireless environment and some test models. The main contents are as follows:Measured by the LOS path, for the indoor environment:first, the loss trend of signal path against a certain distance from the antenna location is substantially the same with the loss trend of outdoor, the values of path loss is between2and4; second, as the angle between the transmitting and receiving antennas could be expanded to180degrees, the impact on the received power could not be ignored, the main factors affecting the received power should include nonpolarization factor; third, according to the measured data, the paper has completed the improve of the received power formula.Measured by the NLOS path, for the indoor environment:first, the paper verified the type of multipath fading subject to rice fading and the value of K is5.6619dB; second, the effects on received power would be different for different materials of obstacles; third, with the increases of obstacles’area, the received power is reduced with the reduce in direct and the increase in diffraction signal; forth, for different species of signals, the resistance capacity for multiply fading of OFDM is better.
