Music is an ancient art, it is the shorthand of human feelings, accurately express the inner feelings and emotions. However, television music is a new art form in the era of modern science and technology, it will bring people thought emotion and audio-visual new sensory experience. As the change of social economic, political and culture constantly, in the development of Chinese TV, TV music has become one of the audience ratings of the main program type.Mainland Chinese TV music development is shorter, from the early single form to today’s diversified development, TV music has experienced different stages of change. This article mainly through to the program localization of TV music show and reviewing the development process, clear the object of study is mainly a TV transmission carrier, music elements as the main content, it is a television music program through the television screen to the general audience.This article through the classification of the current television music program, clear vocal TV music become the main form, Through the "identity" principle of program classification, through TV music history and the status quo, mainly divided into seven program types, TV singing party information, TV music information, MTV music television, TV K shows, Music television talk, TV Election Show of Music and television music to imitate. Among these, TV singing party information and TV music information are belong to the traditional TV music program, TV K shows, Music television talk, TV Election Show of Music and television music to imitate are belong to the new type of today’s television music.This paper focuses on the TV program content, form and characteristics of TV music program, at the same time, according to the present complicated situation of the current TV music program, described by three situation, CCTV music channel columns, the provincial satellite TV music talent boom, the interactive music popularity all the people, sure the TV music programs in music as core competitiveness, through the television artistic means to second creation of music, spread the music unique charm to the audience’s through TV screen. At the same time, research on typical music programs, such as JXTV’s "China red song", zhejiang TV’s "The Voice of China" TV, hunan TV’s "I’m a singer" and other programs analysis the case, analysis the most prominent feature of these TV music program types.In addition, the article based on the understanding of the status quo while the TV music program, analyzing the characteristics of television creation of TV music programs, with fusion of art and music entertainment elements, using the localization of the obvious advantages of program innovation and renovation, reveal the mainstream value, to increase the enthusiasm of the audience in programs, absorbing foreign excellent music features, sharing good music culture, focus on analysis and summary to the characteristics of the interaction. This article also pointed out the problems:The thinking and countermeasures of TV music program in future development, suggest that TV music programs need to be done in the future to keep pace with The Times development, change by times, change by audience’s attention to make a new orientation for show, to combine the new media and traditional media promotion, located in program must be clear on the brand road, increase the program value against vulgarity, make a new overall planning for the TV music, makes adequate market research, make a clear task to music theme and structure. According to the audience demand change to innovation of TV music programs, combined with a variety of artistic elements to expand its cultural and artistic field, integration and innovation of morphological diversity.
