Agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises are the typical demand-drivendiscrete manufacturing companies, with product complex structure, many uncertainfactors, delivery date strictly, complex production planning, material requirementsplanning complex and changeable and other characteristics. Product manufacturing isoften Variant production of certain basic model, product data changes a lot, datamaintenance difficulties, timeliness and accuracy of material information is difficultto meet the needs of management. In the production process there will be waiting ordowntime phenomenon, affecting productivity, resulting in waste. How to makeagricultural machinery enterprises to use advanced management idea to enhance thesmooth of production process, improve production efficiency, effective control ofvalidity of material, with limited resources for the company to create more interests,more value becomes the focus of the study.In order to balance production, enterprises will adjust production plan in theprocess of production management. It is necessary to grasp the existing resources,including workshop equipment, tools usage and warehouse material inventory and soon. It can make workshop operation plan according to the production plan, but alsoaccording to the workshop production plan and material change amount to modify themaster production schedule. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) On the basis of the analysis of materials management, and the concept ofhomogeneous set of research status at home and abroad, put forward the main work ofthis paper and the paper structure.(2)The material management and related material information, MRP (MaterialResource Planning) principle and logic were introduced, based on the analysis ofMRP positive operational deficiencies, draws out the MRP inverse, and do a simpleanalysis on the inverse MRP.(3)Use material classification management method of combining ABC with key factor analysis method CVA (Critical Value Analysis),the classification ofenterprise material,in order to pave the way for checking material managemententerprise and subsequent production plan to extract key resources.(4)Standardize enterprise production planning process, building materialkitting analysis management model, and using MRP inverse operation to check theproduction plan, which not only can according to enterprise resource planning ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) in main production plan to formulate work plans, butalso according to the workshop production plan and material changes in the libraryto modify the master production schedule.(5)Established materials management system, achieved supplies out of storage,inventory, purchasing management and production planning parity and so on.Finally, summarizes the full text, points out the shortcomings and future workdirection.
