Combination of low voltage circuit breakers for indoor electric controlmultiple terminal devices are many years of history, its main function is to bemanually open and close automatically for overcurrent protection. Multipleappliances control which based on electricity network, subject to the specificrequirements of the object with dedicated interface. Smart meter which based onindoor electric control, mainly to strengthen the existing meter managementfunctions. The subject system design aimed to compensate the lack of electricitymanagement programs and achieve sub-channel intelligent electricity, energy andsecurity management. The main research work and innovations are as follows:(1) Modular design of electrical control systemDeveloped a control module which both have current detection and channelopening and closing control function to replace the traditional small low-voltagecircuit breakers, by relying on a centralized controller of MCU designing, realizedsystem the intelligence, energy, and security control of electricity.(2) Research of current detection and energy measurementAchieved wide range access of current by a small low-cost current transformer,combined with integrated error signal processing and calculation methods distortion,with six channels dedicated energy measurement chip integration algorithm,accurate measurement of power signal was achieved finally.(3) Design and development of application systemBased on ARM-Cortex3series controller chip STM32F103, launch applicationsassociated signal acquisition, processing, storage, and communications hardwaredesign. the signal analysis. Besides, intelligent control and intelligent software designwere Completed. At last, the system operated normally.(4) Experiments analysis and system calibrationExperimental results showed that the developed control module mechanical lifeis more than20,000times, and the action time is less than50ms, contact resistance is less than100μΩ; For the designed control system, current, voltage and powermeasurement accuracy reached0.5. Finally, calibration experiments by standardsingle-phase energy meter calibration system completed. Measurement results aftercalibration showed the system’s15branches electricity energy measurementaccuracy reached0.5.
