| Currently the TV industry is flourishing, the symbol visual image shaped by television presenter has borne great significance that goes far beyond its visual image itself. The study on the visual image symbol of television presenter has carried with more practical significance. This paper starts from the perspective of semiotics, defines the visual image of television presenter, and tries to systematically organize and deconstruct it. As a large symbol system, TV presenter visual image mainly contains two subsystems, the image of language sign system and body language symbol system, they affect the interaction between each other. TV presenter visual image symbol is a complete ideographic system, when comes to the role of its subsystem, it can’t be seen as a single, isolated symbol on the actual communication process, but consider the significance generated by the entire integrated system of symbols. Meanwhile, on the entire process of generating, transmitting and implementing the significance of visual image symbol, the communication effects of which are closely related to the audiences’interpretation. Because interpreting the significance of the symbols is based on the specific context and cultural backgrounds. As communicators, when constructing the visual image symbols, TV presenters must pay attention to the interpretation of the meaning of the symbols in order to achieve effective spreading of information. |
