The Design And Implementation Of Emergency Response System In Integrated Management Platform Based On.Net

The security situation of China is worsening and the criminal means are developingtowards intelligent direction. Therefore, the objective situation requires that the level ofpublic security informatization should be improved urgently. The workload of police isgrowing now and thus the informatization of public security management is the futuretrend regarding development. The police work needs to rely on the exclusive network ofpublic security information to complete the functions of information sharing and lawenforcement and to improve the level of punishing, managing and serving in publicsecurity agencies.. As one of the most important businesses of the public securitydepartment, the alarm has provided important basis for dealing with accidentalemergencies. With the continuous development of computer technology, to establish thealarms receive and dispose system through computer technology can high-efficiently、quickly process and normatively analyze the alarm.This article is based on the technology requirements of police training to develop anemergency response system in integrated management platform aiming at the needs ofunit’s emergency information management. Based on B/S mode design architecture, thesystem is designed using Unified Modeling Language and ASP.NET technology framework,the design patterns standards of MVC4.0, the C#language and the development platformof Visual Studio2012, so it has good scalability, great maintainability and high security.The processing of the whole system includes the development of front-end application andthe maintenance of background data to establish the system functions to every module inorder to facilitate the expansion and improvement of the program, which basically meet thedaily needs of police management in responding emergency information, cover the varioustypes of information processing and achieve the dynamic information management, which includes processing, filing, searching and printing of the accepting and handling policeinformation system in comprehensive management platform. This paper briefly introducesthe background of the emergency response system in integrated management platform,describes the relative technologies that the system uses and analyzes the aspects includingsystem analysis, system design and system implementation thoroughly.
