Design And Implementation Of Network Transaction VAT Collection And Management System

With the development of the network technology and the popularization ofInternet, the number of netizens in China and the number of people involved in onlineshopping is showing rapid growth. The attendant problem is that China has not madethe online shopping related tax laws and regulations,causes the network shopping is agray area in China’s tax laws.On this basis,we research and design the collection andmanagement system of network transaction VAT.The thesis firstly had described the background and current situation of the topic,analysed the features of network transaction and the difficulties of network transactionregulatory in our current tax system, and proposed the corresponding solutionmethod.Then described the model of the system design, and using the three-tiertechnology and data management tools to design in the PB environment; divided intothe basic module of the system, respectively, for tax registration and management,Customsclearance calls management, illegal punishment management, legal documentmanagement, basic information management, system maintenance module,The thesisdesign and implementation these functional modules,and achieve both functionalityand performance testing of the modules,and verify the collection and managementsystem of network transaction value added tax has good application value.Under the premise of the network technology, this paper utilizes the rapid, reliableengineering design, by PB technology which is a mature technology system, makes thesystem easy to expand, effectively enhance the system operation and data accessspeed.The design and research of the system has a important supporting role in theinformationization and the standardization of the network transaction VAT collectionand management.
